TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations between Shoots
by Haris and the Client by booking a service, using our facilities, or engaging with our team, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement.

Booking Confirmation & Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a minimum 50% deposit.

  • The remaining balance is payable before or on the day of the scheduled shoot.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or any other method we make available in Pakistan.

  • All prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit, minus any
    applicable transaction fees.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date will result in loss of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated once at no additional charge, provided the request is
    made 48 hours before the original booking.

  • Failure to attend without notice will result in a full session charge.

Use of Studio & Client Responsibilities

  • Please arrive on time. Delays on your part will reduce your allocated session time without fee
    adjustment.

  • The Client is responsible for the safety of their belongings during the shoot.

  • No food, drinks, or smoking are allowed in shooting spaces unless pre-approved by the Studio.

  • Any damage to backdrops, props, or equipment caused by the Client or their guests will be billed at
    the cost of repair or replacement.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.


Photography Rights & Deliverables

  • All photographs, videos, and related material remain the property of Shoots by Haris until full
    payment is received.

  • After full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the final delivered work for agreed purposes
    (personal or commercial).

  • Raw or unedited files are not provided unless specifically agreed to in writing.

  • Unless the Client requests in writing prior to the shoot, the Studio may use selected images or videos
    marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.


Privacy Commitment

  • We comply with applicable Pakistani privacy regulations.

  • Your personal information will be used only for booking management, communication, and
    occasional promotions (unless you opt out).

  • We do not share your details with third parties without your consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • We take all reasonable care during sessions, but the Studio is not liable for:

    • Loss of media files due to unforeseen equipment failure or accidents.

    • Delays or cancellations caused by political unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or other events
      beyond our control.

  • In all cases, our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
    Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Islamabad, Pakistan].
